QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Enrico’s Kitchen ensures the highest standards of compliance with the Code of Good Manufacturing Practices and QA standards, and maintains the Quality Management System following ISO guidelines. As a food manufacturer, Enrico’s Kitchen is required to meet the stringent QA standards established by regulatory bodies and commercial customers. Enrico’s Kitchen is HACCP-compliant, and operates under the aegis of the NSW Food Authority.
The company’s Food Technologist, Dr Jas Singh is an approved auditor by International Standards Certifications Pty Limited and is a member of the QA team. Dr Singh provides internal training to continuously enhance Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Enrico’s Kitchen’s staff also have nationally recognized qualifications in Food Safety.
